Shipping Fee:
We supply free shipping on all orders to worldwide via Standard Shipping. While, we will charge a little shipping fee if you select DHL due to our extremely narrow profit margin.

Shipping Time:
Standard Shipping time: 7-20 Work days (It takes about 7 days to the United States. Shipping time is different depending on the countries of destination and customs clearance time.)

DHL Shipping time: 3-4 Work Days (Depending on the destination and customs clearance time. Due to longer customs clearance time, shipping time may extend to 5-10 days for Brazil and other countries in Latin America).

Order Processing Time:
Generally speaking, we send out orders within 24 hours upon receipt of the payment. The tracking number will be advised to you via a system email. Occasionally, we may run out of certain models despite of our determined efforts to maintain the inventory. Once we find the shoes you ordered are not available at present, we will contact you to update your order or cancel the order and return you the payment.

Note: Firstly, please make sure the following information 100% correct so that you can receive the packages without any failure: Contact Person (Full Name); Shipping Address (please don't supply PO Box address if you choose DHL since DHL can’t deliver to a PO Box); Telephone Number (Very Important); Zip Code or Post Code Secondly, please ensure that there is someone to sign for the packages. If no one is home to sign for the delivery of your package, it will be held in your local post until you do it. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Return Policy:
We check the quality of every item carefully before shipment and pack the shoes in carbons tightly to make sure the shoes you receive are in perfect condition. In case there is any quality problems about the shoes, please take the photos of the defects and email us. We will process within 24 hours and decide to refund you partial or full payment according to the defects. Or if you want, you can return them to us and we will resend you a brand new one. In that case, the shipping fee of sending the shoes to you will be born by us.

If you don’t like the design, the color or the style of the shoes after you receive them or if you select wrong size, you can return the shoes and we will send you another one. But in that case, you need to pay for the shipping fee of sending the shoes back to us and sending new shoes to your place.
